I ordered a chime for a friend who lost her mom. It is so beautiful. The craftsmanship is so amazing. And the customer service, impeccable. At last minute I wanted to make a change and they were very patient and accomodating. We were also a recipient of one of their beautiful chimes earlier this year after loss in our family. 10/10 recommend.
